Still scary
This is still an outstanding game despite it being made in the 90's. I found it very addictive and enjoyable to play. The challenge back when this was originally released was to play this alone in the dark. Only for the brave.

Lightweight Shred Machine
I really like this guitar, so much that I have played it every day since it arrived new. For the money this guitar is very hard to beat for value. The neck is the selling point as it it very well crafted and super smooth with no rough fret edges at all. It came in sturdy packaging and played right out of the box.
The hardware is decent and the tremolo stays in tune even after using the whammy bar although the fine tuners on the bridge are not quite as good as those on a genuine Floyd Rose but at this price point I cannot complain.
The pickups sound good with both of them producing a pleasing clean tone and the bridge humbucker in particular has a nice crunchy tone when gain is added. The electronics all work perfectly and overall finish of the guitar is of a high standard.
The guitar is lightweight at 6lb.9oz and feels very comfortable to play.
Overall, the JS32 punches well above its weight for the price.

Surfing amazing
Quite simply the best single coil pickups I have ever heard in any Stratocaster. Easy to install and look vintage. The glassy sound is sublime and very easy on the ears. The out of phase quack positions sound just like the old recordings years ago. The other noticeable thing is that the bridge pickup sounds very smooth when played with overdrive. I highly recommend these pickups if you want the true authentic sound of a 50s Stratocaster. Very happy.
