When asked if the plate was new the seller said it wasn’t brand new out of the plastic but that nothing was wrong with it. I replied understanding that it was an older plate and not fresh out of the plastic. Upon receiving the plate it was heavily, heavily scratched all over the plate. Had I been informed of this, I would not have purchased this plate. When I contacted the seller to inform him of my dissatisfaction, seller has yet to acknowledge my email.
