Best training collar.

I saw this product used in a dog trainiing video. It is similar to using a halter on a horse. Instead of using a choke chain to control my dog, which does not stop my dog from pulling, the gentle leader turns his head back to me. He will still try to pull when he has his freedom on walks but is much easier to control.
