Excellent Scanner!!
Good value for the money, easy and intuitive to program - I have three running to listen to Air traffic, local fire, and highway patrol in the San Frncisco Bay Area

Functional but not intuitive
Watch does as it is supposed to, however, as with most digital watches you need a fat instruction book to make use of its functions
