Broken unit
1 of 2 found this helpful Everything in the box was new and still packaged, however, the unit itself had a short in it and did not work. She did offer to send me just a unit as a replacement but to me that seemed fishy. If the units weren't being refurbished, how would she have just a unit available? I ended up buying one from another buyer, box closed, for cheaper and the seal was still intact.
