Awesome toy!

So, I have tons of gear. More than I'd like to admit. However, the only Vox amp I own is a small 10-15 watt Vox pathfinder solid state amp. Not the greatest benchmark for testing this Hotone product, but still a benchmark. I love this stupid thing!! - I can noodle while on conference calls by wearing a headset because yes! You can use it without connecting it to a cab. - How does it compare to my Pathfinder? It's not as loud, and the speaker selection does make a difference. But this thing sounds better that the pathfinder by a country mile! - About speaker selection: I was able to get great sounds regardless of the cabinet used. Cabinets used: - Line 6 4x12 with Celestion Greenback speakers - Hughes and Kettner 4x12 with Celestion Creamback speakers - Fender 4x12 with Eminence speakers - Crate Palomino 2x12 with custom voiced Crate Speakers Liked it so much I just placed an order for the Vulcan model.

Works great in Red Beak MK60

Works great! In my Red Bear MK60 amp as a direct replacement to the factory tubes. A quick swap and I was good to go. Also, seem a bit quieter that the ones I swapped out. FYI: Have not rebiased the amp
