    Seller listed item as returnable, however, when I started the return process, the seller sent me intimidating messages about his no return policy. I did not want to engage with the hostility, so I cancelled the return. When I messaged that I did not appreciate his intimidating messages and that I canceled the return, he offered to grant me a full refund. His mixed messages are confusing and unprofessional. On a positive note, the item was packaged well and arrived in a timely manner.

    Good communication with seller, CPU was packaged safely and at a great price! Won't be able to test it for a while as I'm waiting to inherit an old Dell PC that I want to upgrade it's original E8400 CPU with this Q9650. Hopefully this will happen sometime soon but CPU looks good as is. Recommended seller! A+
