One of the hard to find colors for "Little Boy"
Vallejo acrylic paints are a no brainier for moddler's wanting to achieve the right color match and ease of airbrushing. This color specifically is one which after researching color photos of the Little Boy device matched almost perfectly. DEFCON 1 scramble all pilots to your planes.
Modeling a fleet of the US strategic weapons systems and the minicraft 1/144 scale B-52H is an excellent addition. For the added realism if used along with the Revell/Monograhm 1/144 scale US/USSR missile set one can show the ALCM as its arsenal which was carried in 3 sets of 8 each in the Bomb bays on rotary launchers. Panel lines are well done along with very clean sprues very little flash that has to be removed. And at 1/144 scale it makes an excellent mid range experience level model for those wishing to hone their skills or for those with little display space available. Assembly is well understood and drawn with the instructions provided. I would recommend this model to any modeler novice or expert skill level.
