I like the bright, long life, sweet sounding Tab-9 Ultra.
First, the screen is large. It may not sound like it but because you have it so close when you use it, it seems even larger than it is. The Screen brightness is great, the contrast is awesome. There is simply nothing bad to say about the screen.
Second, great sound. For entertainment with portable I have been in the habit of using headphones or earbuds. The Tab 9 Ultra blows you away with the sound quality and the volume. I listen to a lot of classical music, I'm an organist which means I'm particular. I'm hearing what I hope to hear without feeling like I'm missing out.
Third, I have an I-Pad, I like it but I haven't turned it on since I got the Tab-9 Ultra. I also have a nice Surface Pro. Even though I have had the battery replaced in the Surface it doesn't hold a candle to how long the Tab 9 lasts, virtually all day and well into the evening with pretty constant usage. I can watch a movie on the surface but then I'm getting low on battery. The battery life on the I-Pad is comparable but the the Tab is better. I just never worry about the battery on the Tab. I haven't gotten below 40% yet on the battery running all day and most of a night. I like it.

Much better than expected
There is little need to write about the Apple I-Pad, most people know what they can and cannot do. This particular I-Pad is used for controlling a DJI Drone. The screen is bright enough to use out of doors without a shield however it is best in the shade.
The ebay ad said that this I-Pad had a lot of scratches although when It arrived there were very few if any scratches, I was very pleasantly surprised and happy.
While the battery may not be as long lived as brand new it is better than expected, I het several hours of use.
This seller prepared me for the worst and gave me the best.

Surface Pen loop holder doesn't stick
Recently my original Surface Pro 3 pen holder got pulled off by a grand child. The new holder was a perfect color match but the adhesive didn't work well. The original holder sticks to the keyboard/cover. I may order again and see if it will stick better to metal of the Surface.
