Good companion for an Inspiron notebook

What's good about this product is that it installs the drivers and other utilities for qualified Inspiron laptop computers. Always keep this, and other software discs, handy while selling away an Inspiron!

High speed drive for an older laptop.

Did not know my Dell Latitude C640 was compatible with a hard drive that has more speed in it. Thanks to good research, I felt that this was right for the job.

Great for "filling a gap" for the Dell Inspiron 15-3541!

Realized that this optical drive had to be directly connected to the Dell Inspiron 3541 laptop with its own associated Service Tag! Windows 7 has firmware for that, but the drive does not need one while under Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 (the laptop's pre-installed OS). This is a fantastic product to own and fill a gap that I found when I bought the laptop!
