I assumed the card was dead and initated a return. Seller was very gracious and offered to pay for return shipping. After I packed up the card, I turned on my computer again and realized the motherboard was dead. I unpacked the card and tried it in a different computer and it worked. Overall, I was really impressed by this seller's communication and good will. Definitely will keep an eye on his store.

Disappointing relative to its own brand's competition
2 of 6 found this helpful It's actually larger and heavier than my DCF885 DeWalt brushed impact driver...
I can't imagine why anyone would buy this other than the alleged "brushless" advantage over the standard DeWalt model.
The standard DeWalt model (the DCF885) is cheaper, lighter, and smaller.
This Atomic might be a bit more powerful but the 885 is plenty.
So much for "new and compact"...
