I'm sure fob works but for 08 cobalt have to have locksmith program vids on YouTube are false concerning that you can program fob yourself.

Battery backup
2 of 2 found this helpful I have 2 of them and I think their their the best on the market, when the power goes out it's a nice handy backup, what's really cool is sometimes the electricity will go back of once it's back on so if you've been using your battery for awhile and electricity comes back on you can unplug all your devices and recharge your battery to 100% in just 1 hr, electricity could go out again but your back to full battery power,I ran a compact refrigerator, tv, an a lamp plus charged my cellphone all no problems! It also has a 3 way built in LED light...
