  Listed hat as NEW, it is not new and it had sweat stains around the brim. Contacted seller for partial refund because I want to keep the hat but I would not pay full price for a USED hat. Seller refused to give a partial refund. I opened a case against this seller and eBay gave me a partial refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! LIES in there adds. Seller also would not communicate until I opened a return/refund request. Shipping cost was reasonable but took a long time.
