Kuryakyn short rear turn signal bar on 2009 HD Electra Glide
1 of 1 found this helpful Love the final product. The shorter bar really cleans up the back end of the bike. However, it only worked after modifying both the bar and the rear fender.
The bar did not have a hole in the center to pass the wiring through. So drilled that out. Next came mounting to the fender. The bar did not line up with the OEM holes (where the original bar was mounted) so had to drill the holes on both sides approx 1/4" bigger to allow short bar to line up. As this is a cast part I'm guessing the majority with Electra Glides might encounter the same issues. Too bad, because the final product is really nice.
