Super way to get into shape fast!
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been doing it just a little each day (15 - 20min slowly) but I can feel the results from working out after just a week. I put it together all by myself in about 45min or so. The directions are very easy to follow. I just couldn't find anything about the white bottle of oil included🤔
The machine fits nice in my small apartment so I don't fold it away. I easily slide it against the wall. Love the color so it doesn't stick out much against my other furniture. Good sturdy quality. I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommend for getting a good workout.

Best edge control on earth!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I use Hicks Edge control almost daily. It holds so well that I can often skip a day or two and my edges are still neatly laid down. There is no buildup or flaking ever. My hair is African American natural meaning no relaxer chemicals and this stuff holds my edges in place all day. As owner of a beauty supply store, and being a stylist, I make sure this product is available for my customers. It is the best!
