"Great tasting, healthy snack"
A convenient, healthy snack for a quick "pick me up" ! I put them in a pretty basket and gave them as a treat to a "nurses station" instead of chocolates or cookies....was greatly appreciated!

Effective pain relief...
Since I foresee knee replacement in the near future, I'm trying various ways to alleviate some of the daily discomfort I'm dealing with. Although my orthopedist said that topical ointments can't really penetrate deep enough to be effective, I opted for physical therapy but also topical medication. I've been using Flexdermal for the past 6 months, and also "BioFreeze Professional" a bit longer, since I noticed it at my physical therapist's office. Both of them seem to provide some relief, but I've been noticing that Flexdermal is a bit more effective. I use it 2-3 times a day and the tube lasts for about a month. It's absorbed easily, does have a menthol aroma, but it fades quickly. By the end of the day, my knees seem less stiff from being tired.
