Brand name is good…i ordered wrong product.
I realized just a few minutes after placing the order that i had made a mistake..it was not the Nioxin i needed, so I IMMEDIATELY asked for a cancellation …couldnt have been 5 full minutes. I learned it was too late and the order couldnt be cancelled so I was advised ( by you) to have the PO send it back “Returned to Sender” which I did. I am waiting for my credit.
