Product is made good quality material stainless steel and the heating element in the boiler boils the water in 30 seconds to 60 seconds l you have short black in less than a minute and a half. it can make whatever you want Short black, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Latte, Cafe Mocha, Flat White
Price wise it excellent for an espresso machine, considering that good machines can cost anywhere between $800 - $1700.
Its also grinds your coffee from course to very fine and will automatically power down after 10 minutes if not being used to save power, very important these days with electricity costs going up and up.
Finally but just as important it is very easy to clean and does not take up to much room for those small kitchens with confined spaces

Works as Prescribed
the product is very good, however l noticed that on the wave + large bit socket it was secure but bit loose like it come loose after some use....
