Feels like Icy hot
2 of 2 found this helpful I believe the heat works for burning the fat in the abdomen area. Be careful once the lotion touches the heat comes on. I try it on my husband first, he said better him then me. His reaction was heating and itching. I just had the heating part then cool after 30mins. I feel and see the difference
