Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 18"

Weber Smokey Mountain 18" Cooker works very well and I am happy with the purchase. We had previously smoked chicken parts and baby back ribs, both of which turned out great. We smoked a 7.5 pound pork shoulder yesterday using one fill of charcoal, Hickory and Apple Wood chunks, and no water, it took 10 hours and turned out great. I closed all the vents after removing the pork shoulder and still have charcoal left over for next time!!! This is a great smoker and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a smoker.
