Cole & Mason Peppermill
Wonderful peppermill. America's Test Kitchen highly rated. Easily adjustable grind size. The first one I ever bought lasted 10 years, so it is a great value. Highly recommended!!

Pickle Crisp
I'm not a newbie to canning pickles. I am a newbie to Ball Pickle Crisp. After just one batch of bread-and-butter pickles, I was amazed at how crisp and crunchy my pickles were. My previos batches were ok, so I thought until I added Ball Pickle Crisp, only 1/8 teaspoon per pint jar. Amazingly crisp, just as the jar states. The Ball Pickle Crisp jar is enough to use for a long time since I only use that tiny amount. My family asks what I did differently from prior batches that made the pickles so crunchy. Ball Pickle Crisp. That's all! That's the only difference, but I'll always use it!!
