1. I WILL return/RMA items:
a) which are of poor build quality. That is, if the item:
i) easily flexes or moves unreasonably in such a way as to impede or degrade the item's performance or cause damage to itself;
ii) breaks easily, without undue or unreasonable force, during normal operation;
iii) has parts, which are supposed to be compatible, but don't fit or function, or if they damage the item under normal use;
v) fails to perform adequately to reasonable levels; or
iv) any other faulty workmanship or incorrect materials used in construction.
b) which are temperamental or inconsistent in operation or functionality;
c) doesn't arrive as described.
2. I will give negative feedback to the seller if:
a) the item needed returning after delivery due to issues listed above in 1;
b) the chosen courier is Yodel or EVRI. Use Royal Mail only, please; or
c) packaging is insufficient, inappropriate, unsuitable or caused damage.

Stopped the scratches, but...
It also stopped my touchglass responding after a while. As soon as I removed it, all parts of my screen responded better.
