Noisy sucker!
2 of 2 found this helpful Love the color. The ice is great, just the right size for my glass. But this sucker is so noisy, you can hear it all over the house! I dump the ice into a holder in the freezer and as soon as I have enough, I turn this off so I can get some peace and quiet! If it were silent or at least quieter, I recommend it highly.

Stainless Steel to the rescue!
5 of 5 found this helpful I had just moved and thought that my pots and pans had mysteriously vaporized. Couldn't find the tub they were in anywhere. So off to eBay so I could use my PayPal credit, cuz - hey - I just moved across the country and I was spending money like I was printing it in back of the U-Haul!
I only use stainless steel and I knew Cuisinart put out strong material. I use organic cooking spray or organic coconut oil to cook in so I don't worry about sticking. Plus I clean up with Cameo stainless steel cleaner because you should never put your cookware in the dishwasher. Afterward they look as good as new. I like shiny things. LOL. And P.S., no sooner did the new stuff arrive, I discovered the old pans buried under a ton of cleaning supplies!

Cat scratch fever
I was really in the mood for this book. I've been reading a lot of vampire, witch and werewolf stuff, so it was time for something different. Author Kim Harrison recommended the book and that was enough for me to buy it.
I liked the independent nature of the lead character, Faythe, up against all that testosterone of her male relatives and friends. Throw in a complex werecat social structure (that I think all women are facing in one way or another - the social structure, I mean) and a mystery about kitty-napping and murder, and I was hooked right away. And there's even a teaser at the very end that makes you wonder what's going to happen in the next installment. That's it, no spoilers here.
I will be reading the next one.
