Eat your fruits and vegetables! I don't know anyone who can regularly eat the quanity and variety that the American Cancer Society and others recommend for a healthy diet. This kind of product helps close that gap a bit. It's the next best thing. One cautionary note. It does contain grains. The grains contain a very small amount of gluten, but it is enough to cause an adverse reaction in those who have a high sensitivity to it.

Heavy duty BRIGHT flashlight in a compact footprint

I love this thing... both of them, actually. 15,000 lumens? Definitely bright enough. Car charger in addition to 110v charger? Nice touch. Nice feel, quality, feels heavy duty, but is not overly heavy. All that's left to determine is how long the 18650 battery will last, and hopefully that will be 2 or more years!
