Soft leather, and sized correctly.
XXL fits my hands. I'm 6'3" 333 lbs. w/ 8 inch circumference wrists. Soft leather, tight to get on, but then they fit great.

WeatherTech doesn't always fit.
I have a 2012 Expedition EL XLT. I have installed many window vents, including WeatherTech. I installed the driver in channel window vent, and rolled up the window. As the window neared the top, it reversed and rolled the window down. I checked my fitting and retried, same result. I took the window vent out, and started over. Same result. These will not work with my power windows. I thought WeatherTech were supposed to be perfectly made? To make it worse, you have to pay shipping back to WeatherTech, even though the product doesn't work. I am disappointed in the product and the return policy.
