  It's understandable people make mistakes but when a company as yours doesn't care about when mistakes are made your disrespect is considered poorly. I purchased said item and within 17 minutes I see I purchased the wrong item. Then asked for you to cancel said item. But eBay said couldn't because you already shipped it. A complete lie because when I received both shipping times and dates were the same. You had plenty of time to cancel but didn't I don't understand why. Returning my shipping cost
