Great and well-built camera.
I killed two Nikon Coolpix and a Kodak Easyshare within a week of buying them. After research, I bought an Olympus because of their toughness. It goes with me everywhere on the farm, has been dropped repeatedly, knocked by a horse, carried off by a dog, rained on, etc. and it's doing great. The many features are probably beyond my needs, but I'm gradually learning to use them all, and even early in the learning curve, I can take some nice pictures. The 10x zoom lets me get great bird pictures, and I can document something at the end of a field without having to hike down there. I'm very satisfied with it. My only complaint was the battery (lithium), but I just bought a couple more off eBay for under $10.

Well, that was a bust.
1 of 1 found this helpful After inserting the batteries, I could never get the cover to close. Was expecting better from the X-Acto brand. Sadly disappointed.

Worm-drive sold me
I’ve cycled through a lot of table saws, and when my last one, the Delta, just couldn’t cut it, I decided to switch to a worm drive. This model is an incredible bargain for the price, plus it comes with a Diablo (Freud) blade. Already it’s made ripping 2x4s and 2x6s as easy as trimming paper. Very happy customer.
