If you love your ThinkPad, this could make your day!
For the first time ever, I found myself with deteriorated and discolored logos on a ThinklPad, a T400 in this case, probably caused by cleaning with some ridiculously inappropriate chemical. The whole thing really looked rough and worn as a result since the device's metallic badges are what tend to draw your eye,. Cheap laptops get old and beaten up after a few years but these machines are usually in beautiful condition even after a decade, so it was a relief to find these affordable replacement badges. They were easily installed both on the palm rest and the lid, look just like the originals, and now I have a great looking T400!

A classic, now in blue, at least for the moment
1 of 1 found this helpful If anyone is actually unfamiliar with this watch, it's impeccably finished and has a very accurate and reliable Japanese quartz movement. It's also usable down to 200 metres depth. I appreciate how Casio do not insult their customers by making inexpensive watches deliberately rough and cheap looking.
It's darker than the the very flashy.and intense color in every picture I've ever seen of it but it does look good irl. This blue model only came out in 2020 and is already discontinued. It will soon be an MDV 107 in black only and lacking the tiny Marlin on the face so if ya snooze, you lose, as they say.
The only sign of cost cutting is the mineral glass crystal which is universal in reasonably priced watches so we can't deduct marks for that. You can find a synthetic sapphire replacement on AliExpress if you want to risk losing the water resistance. I'm not sure I'd go that way.
