A Beneficial Product
This Benifiber Healthy Shape product is used by my wife and is the only thing that really helps her. She has diverticulitis, and 18" of her colon were removed in surgery about a year ago. Its been hard to find but is well worth it.

Great little flashlight
I've owned and used a Surefire P6 for years and just bought a nos example on eBay for my wife's use. These flashlights are very rugged and at 65 lumens have more than enough light for practical purposes. I love mine and wouldn't be without it. Time to buy another to keep as a spare?

Not as good as expected
Books from Ferrari, and from David Bull Publishing, are almost always outstanding. This little book isn't. Purchased sight-unseen, I expected to see fine quality photographs of the cars. Instead, there are poor quality illistrations and many of the (different) cars look pretty much the same due to the poor detail of the illustrations. Pass.
