Great Product
1 of 1 found this helpful I really like this vitapak! I feel like it does give me some energy and speeds up my metabolism. I notice it especially when I don't take them for a while. When I was heavier I could really feel the changes. I dropped 65lbs in less than a year. I think that this vitapak helped a lot. I did walk, jog and I stopped drinking soft drinks in addition to the vitapak but I think the combination did it for me!
