A PS4 system in close to perfect condition
8 of 8 found this helpful The PS4 showed up in really good condition. All cords, cables, and controller were all packaged very nicely the only gripe that I have is that the previous owner did not remove their account from the system and do a factory restore. This caused issues for me when I went to set up my son's account on the system, because the old owners account was registered as the parental account and had parental locks on that I was not able to bypass because I did not have a password to do so. I did a little research and was able to figure out how to boot the system into safe mode, which allowed me to do a full factory reset and remove the prior owners account from the system. Now all is good, and my son is absolutely loving that he has his own PS4 in his room now. I would rate this item five stars if it had not been for the extra hoops I had to jump through while setting the system up for my son.
