Two bottles did not have the safety seal.
2 of 2 found this helpful Two bottles came with the safety seal and two did not! I look at the picture of what I ordered and that is what is shown. My bad, I assumed all bottles would have the safety seal intact. I need to throw two without seal in the trash.
