  The seller, Jez, was very responsive in contacting me when I bought the clock and gave me clear instructions on how to find his house. I am really pleased with the clock, it looks even better than the photos. He was extremely helpful when I collected it, showing me how to dismantle it and how to set it up once back at home. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me a fascinating history lesson on the evolution of clocks, and gave some background to my clock. I highly recommend him.
