  The laptop I received is damaged. I was not given a return label due to seller error (which is not an issue, we all make mistakes) but when confronted about it, the seller called me several slurs, and insinuated I was a scammer. I had to call customer service and have the return label sent to me In order for me to receive any folrm of aid. The seller threatened me by calling my phone and stating that they had my address. This is disturbing and frankly unnecessary. Do not buy from this person.
