Not worth the time or the expense. Junk.
The filler cap is made from the wrong material; it's too brittle for the design and purpose. Just putting onto the filler neck broke the "hinge" leaving a cap that falls off.

A good value and big enough for my computer.
The rolling stand at $17.00 plus tax is a good value. It is needed to keep the computer off the floor and be easy to occasionally roll to another spot. The castors were a little resistant to install so care is needed not to crack or break something.
