Beauty and functionality combined.

I'm a real fan of Spyderco's Dragonfly pocket knifes and own several. The Tattoo version will be my first purchased primarily for its appearance and won't be used on a daily basis. I consider it a collector's item and a show piece even though the quality and functionality is every bit as good as a standard dragonfly. I have to admit, I bought it because it's beautiful.

High quality, legal almost everywhere, EDC knofe.

With tightening knife carry laws I wanted a high quality slip joint knife that will be legal to carry in as many places as possible. The Pingo TI meets my needs better than any other knife I know of. I don't care for the high polish and Spyderco Spider on the handle and intend to change the finish. This is purely aesthetics though and not as important as the functionality. This is a numbered blade from a sprint run. I would have preferred an unnumbered blade but being numbered probably adds value for some people.
