Not as heavy duty as portayed
0 of 1 found this helpful This is not as heavy duty as portrayed. Unit cast smooth and long. Very smooth retrieval. Lacks reel power though. Advertised as heavy duty but reeling in any decent weight seems to bog reeel down a little.

Good replacement

Fairly heavy construction
One screw hole was stripped had to find a screw around the house and add washers. Mounting the circular rack was very tedious because of the short screws and tight space to insert them. We turned rack backwards due to fear of accidentally pushing bottles through. Not sure why there is not a backstop to eliminate this as a hazard. We flipped around and moved a half inch from the wall, the wall acts as a backstop also ther are no longer bottle necks petruding for someone to brush up against. Actually looks pretty good reversed. The unit is of fair construction making it pretty sturdy.
