Grill trim just like the original
It didn't come with the plastic snap in fasteners, but I was able to salvage them from the original installation. Took me about 20 minutes to install.
Most of the replacement grills come with the hood trim, but mine wasn't damaged - so it was good to find this part alone at about half the cost.

All round good screw.
Trim head, drill tips go in (and out) with less effort and less splits. Use fewer screws than you would with nails, save time (faster than nailing, self setting!), save money and hold better. The only down side is; once caulked and painted these would be holy heck to take out (storm proof work!).
Before finishing; you find you've made a mistake (Ohh crap!). Just unscrew and refit the piece.
I don't know how many times I've been blessed with taking it apart and making it right, but screws makes me look good - every time.
