Great product even though i toasted the first one
This is a great product to have for a hot tub.
Pros:
* Good suction
* Long enough handle to keep your t shirt sleeve from getting wet when cleaning a hot tub
* Came with normal bag filter and also the "fine" filter for small particles
* Great Warranty - The manufacturer replaced (for free) the unit that I destroyed when I called them about the depth rating (see cons)
Cons:
* Takes 5 "D" batteries. Purchasing rechargeable batteries cost almost as much as the vacuum itself
* Is only rated for 4 to 5 foot deep, any deeper and it starts to leak and ruins the vacuum. I found that out in my 9' deep swimming pool. Its only a SPA vacuum (or just the shallow end)
It really is a good unit. No hoses to drag around, works like you would expect, and exceeded my expectations (minus the depth thing). I would recommend the product (AND the manufacturer) to anyone

Seems well worth it to me. I love it
3 of 3 found this helpful I have never used one before but the guys at work told me how one is suppose to work, so I plugged it in, put air to it and started hacking on some scrap metal hanging around. It was awesome. Not sure how it would compare to the other big name brands but i was cutting 1/4" plate fairly easily. Don't know how well it would work on thicker material, but for a home warrior, I imagine that it will serve it purpose well.
Came with 30A 220VAC twist-lock plug on it which was very good for me since my welder outlet is 30A twist-lock also.
The torch has a normal integrated push button to start air/cutting, not some cable-tied flapper switch like some of the other models listed.

Great little table
Really easy to put together, comes with the Allen wrench to do it, so that is nice. It's not a top of the line set by any stretch but a good little table and chairs. I bought it to use in a nursing home room for visits. Put some snacks on the table and sit and visit for a bit. The chairs do need a cushion since they are flat wood pieces but that is about the only thing negative that I could say about it.
