Two Steps Forward One Step backward
1 of 1 found this helpful Product is excellent. We really like it. Just one feature we didn't quite expect.
In Time shift mode when you press forward to advance 20 sec. sometimes it goes backwards about 2 or 3 minutes, so we have to go forward again. I'm sure it is just a misinterpretation of the infrared signal from the remote and will be fixed in subsequent releases of firmware. Over all it is a great product. Thank you, and look forward to firmware upgrades.
