Greasless Meatloaf
This is a wonderful pan for meatloaf. I have had one for a number of years and just bought this current one as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The fat content of hamburger does not matter as the insert site high enough off the bottom that the grease has room to drain and the meatloaf does not sit in any grease.

Easy to travel with.
I already own one of these. I bought this one for my grandson and is wife as they have a child with cerebral palsy and has to have his food pureed. When they visited one day she used mine and loved it so I bought this one for them. That one gets used at least once a day and they love it. It is small enough that it can be taken with them. I just wish it had a lighter attached so you could use it in your car when traveling.

Falls off.
I does not stick to the bottom of interior doors. In order to keep them from coming off, you have to use a staple gun to attach to the doors. I have used other brands and have had no problem with them.
