Verismo should have been able to repair or replace
2 of 2 found this helpful Product frothes both hot and cold milk as well as I can with a manual french press - Other brands I have had produce thinner froth so it doesn't hold up to a cold or hot latte. My only regret is my original machine just stopped working with no warning after less than 2 years. When I called Verismo the company rep could not offer any discount on a new or repair - very sad that they won't take responsibility for a machine that I would have expected to work much longer. I might use daily but we aren't a big family or workplace. For this reason, I didn't opt to spend $60 on a new one from retailer.
