  ***AVOID*** The seller sent a completely different item than the listing described and pictured. Purchased an LGB, received a broken plastic battery powered train. After contacting them to return the item to confirm it was not a mistake, they replied with an incoherent message about being unable to send the item in the description for the price I paid.

  I was contacted first by the seller that I did not pay for the item that was incorrect. Confirmed auto paid. When item arrived, it was packaged poorly without a box. Loco was in fractured Styrofoam and taped exposing parts of it. Fortunately, the Loco escaped damage but the clean-up of broken Styrofoam was a mess. The listing also mentioned it does include a display track that I never received. I contacted the seller for it but got nowhere. This is the 1st time I left negative feedback.

  To be honest the box had what appeared to be a light amount of soot and the car smelled of smoke and the box has water damage, so I have to assume it was in a fire. Shipping was very slow with no communication whatsoever. The car is unbelievably clean with no damage but still has smoke odor but will go away in due time. Since this is a case, I will leave positive feedback because the car is the main thing and is clean.

  Item was listed as ready to go and runs great... Item was late but not a big deal. When we received the Engine it would only work in reverse... Had to take it to a local train shop only to find out the mother board is bad and will cost $85 for the board and $45 for labor. I contacted the seller and apparently they never tested it but sold it as ready to go and runs great REALLY!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. my 16 year old son saved his money to purchase this and the seller refuses to do anything
