Used for one week... So far, so good
This was sent out and shipped quickly. Compared to the other surge protectors that I researched, it seems to have good features for the value. I've only had it plugged in for one week so far but it seems sturdy.

Good for welding, not suitable for virus situation

Long version:
This product arrived on time and was as described. Great. I've been using them for years in my welding half mask respirator while at my metal fabrication job. Caution though: I'm writing this review in the time of the covid 19 outbreak and I highly *discourage* the use of it for stopping the spread of the disease or protecting yourself or loved ones. Bad idea. If you are sick or there is any remote chance that you have come in contact with the virus from a person or a surface, which is statistically high, and happen to become even an asymptomatic carrier, you may infect others: Spit drops fly or drip out the middle of the half mask respirator (the valve) that matches with these filters as one breathes out. This is normal with the respirator and simply part of how it works. But please don't endanger this world or people around you trying to use this for the virus - - It's counterproductive in virus mitigation. And also please reserve these masks for the use of welders, painters, woodworkers, and other people who deal with particles or fumes at work. We need to protect ourselves from hazards at our jobs. The half mask and these filters that match with it work great for these occupations and fit very well under a welding hood.

A little big but quite durable
1 of 1 found this helpful I've worn out many a pair of this kind of glove welding and grinding etc. These are pretty well made and insulated enough for me. I bought them 4 months ago and use them at least 3 days a week. However they are slightly larger than I expected: The fingers are a little bit longer than is safe (if I am setting down a heavy thing, the extra fabric sometimes gets pinched under there) the cuffs are a little bit looser than I prefer - - sometimes spatter etc still gets in there more than is normal. When I order a extra small I want an extra small (hard to find) but I'd call it an S instead. Pretty good overall though.
