Worked for migraine relief
I bought it during a migraine episode, and it worked to relief the pain a bit. The mask lives in my freezer, and it keeps cold for the same amount of time that my other ice packs I have.
I feel the elastic band is too loose for me, but that's an easy fix.

as described
it is exactly as described. Water doesn't come out unless you press the button. I bought it for myself (I'm a grown up who hasn't learned who to be around cups, glasses, and bottles without knocking all of them down), so I can't say about its suitability for kids.
