I genuinely don't know for sure if this was opened previously somehow or just badly damaged?
There is fraying at the tip and at the handle and the button only lights the lasso when it feels like it, which hasn't been often and it looks like cheap hot glue at the top.
Would not recommend really. I'll probably go with just plain gold cord instead.
