A delightfully intense series
5 of 6 found this helpful This series is not for everyone, but for those who enjoy an intelligent, humorous engaging plot that is full of fantasy bordering on reality. It helps to be knowledgeable of quantum physics to follow some of the story lines, but not necessary. It is very enjoyable for me since I love futurism, though I am not a fan of horror and Fringe tends to borderline on Horror, as well, at times. There is a lot of drug abuse throughout and if you don't like needles they seem to be used in most every episode. The characters are well defined and lovable. If you're interested in parallel worlds and quantum entanglement then this is the series for you.
