Great for joint pain from arthritis.
My knees have not felt this good in years. I am a retired nurse and worked 12 hour shifts on cement for 20 years. Have had pain for years. I am now retired but still had pain. Turmeric in this dose and only taken 1 time daily has worked great to reduce my pain. I am back to walking 3-5 miles a day.
