why buy new parts when good used ones like this are available?

so easy to load those troublesome rings into a cylinder bore.
I bought the 4.25" model first and have actually used it, I haven't used this one yet so I'll rate it based on my experience with the 4.25" compressor. I am loading 4020 John Deere Diesel pistons into their sleeves and evidently the non-compressed ring diameter must be slightly larger on a diesel than for a gas automobile? I could have used a bit larger opening to get the ring started into the compressor "funnel". As it was, I had to almost use my fingers a bit to push each individual ring into the compressor ring but once they were inside the compressor sleeve, the piston went very well into the engine sleeve. It is a quick and easy process once you get used to it.

This was a used part and a good used part. If you want used parts to look like new, you have to buy new.
This was a used part, in a high use area of the transmission. It showed more wear than I would have liked to have seen but once the transmission was all assembled and I used it for shifting, it performed well enough and should last for years if the customer treats the tractor with respect.
