Dogs are receiving correction while scratching or jumping and playing!

I am very dissatisfied with the product!! The collars are sending corrections for scratching, shaking their heads, playing and jumping! Unfortunately there isn't a way to adjust the sensitivity. Even after I removed the collars my poor dogs are sitting and quivering and afraid to move!!
